MR. SPEAKER:

    I move that Engrossed Senate Bill 533 be amended to read as follows:

SOURCE: Page 2, line 9; (03)MO053306.2. -->     Page 2, delete lines 9 through 11, begin a new paragraph and insert:
    " (d) A notice of intent filed under subsection (c) must:
        (1) certify that the CAFO follows or will follow rules for CAFO NPDES permits adopted by the board; and
        (2) include a copy of the site plan for the CAFO.".
    (Reference is to ESB 533 as printed March 28, 2003.)
