MR. SPEAKER:
    Your Committee on       Ways and Means     , to which was referred       House Bill 1309     , has had the same under consideration and begs leave to report the same back to the House with the recommendation that said bill be amended as follows:

SOURCE: IC 22-3-3-21; (04)AM130902.10. -->     "SECTION 10. IC 22-3-3-21 IS AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2004]: Sec. 21. In all cases of the death of an employee from an injury by an accident arising out of and in the course of the employee's employment under such circumstances that the employee would have been entitled to compensation if death had not resulted, the employer shall pay the burial expenses of such employee, not exceeding six eight thousand five hundred dollars ($6,000). ($8,500).".

    Renumber all SECTIONS consecutively.
