| DIGEST OF HB1449 (Updated March 2, 2004 5:30 pm - DI 84) Curfew violations. Provides that a law enforcement officer may not detain a child or take a child into custody for a curfew violation unless the law enforcement officer reasonably believes: (1) the child has violated the curfew law; and (2) there is not a defense to the curfew violation. |
