Law enforcement training. Specifies that the employees of certain university police departments are law enforcement officers. Expands the members of the law enforcement training board to include the police chief of Indianapolis as well as a county sheriff from a county with a population of at least 100,000, and requires a vote of nine members of the board to take action on a matter. Permits law enforcement training to be offered by means of available technology. Requires the police chief executive program to include training on emergency vehicle operation and cultural diversity, and requires the training board to develop a refresher course for certain former law enforcement officers. Grants the training board the authority to revoke a law enforcement officer's certification if the officer commits certain crimes, suffers from physical or mental impairment, or was erroneously certified. Requires a person who knows of a cause to revoke an officer's certification to make a report, provides civil immunity for a good faith report of cause to revoke an officer's certification, and establishes a procedural mechanism for revoking an officer's certification. Provides that the executive director of the law enforcement training board must have earned a bachelor's degree. Removes obsolete language and makes conforming amendments.
