Regulation of mobile home parks. Provides that, for purposes of certain health laws, a "mobile home park" consists of land: (1) that is operated as a commercial enterprise and contains lots that are leased or otherwise contracted for the placement of mobile homes; and (2) on which at least five mobile homes are placed on temporary supports for use as principal residences. Under current law a "mobile home park" is an area of land on which at least five mobile homes, other than mobile homes on permanent foundations, are harbored on temporary supports for the purpose of being occupied as principal residences. |
