Medical services court fee. Provides for the: (1) collection of a medical services fee; and (2) establishment of a medical services fund; by local ordinance. Provides that the county sheriff shall administer the fund and expend amounts from the fund to reimburse the county for costs of providing medical services to county jail inmates.
