Design-build public works projects. Authorizes a state agency, a state educational institution, a body corporate and politic created by statute, a county, a city, a town, or a township to enter into a design-build contract for the performance of a public works project. Establishes procedures for solicitation and award of a design-build contract. Provides that design-build contracts are subject to the common construction wage. |
