COMMITTEE REPORT

    Madam President: Pursuant to Joint Rule 20, your Committee on Rules and Legislative Procedure, to which was referred Engrossed House Bill 1262 because it conflicts with HEA 1003-2005 without properly recognizing the existence of HEA 1003-2005, has had Engrossed House Bill 1262 under consideration and begs leave to report back to the Senate with the recommendation that Engrossed House Bill 1262 be corrected as follows:

            
    Page 1, line 1, delete "P.L.1-2004," and insert "P.L.4-2005,".
    Page 1, line 2, delete "SECTION 1, AND AS AMENDED BY P.L.23-2004, SECTION 1," and insert "SECTION 21,".
    Page 1, line 3, delete "CORRECTED AND".
    Page 3, between lines 17 and 18, begin a new line block indented and insert:
        "(29) An emergency rule adopted by the board of the Indiana economic development corporation under IC 5-28-5-8.".
    Page 3, line 18, delete "(29)" and insert " (30)".
    Page 4, line 8, reset in roman "and except as provided in".
    Page 4, line 9, delete "subsection (j)," and insert "subsections (j) and (k),".
    Page 4, line 11, reset in roman "(a)(25), (a)(26),".
    Page 4, line 12, reset in roman "or (a)(28),".
