| DIGEST OF SB227 (Updated April 19, 2005 2:10 pm - DI 84) Identifying numbers for bureau of motor vehicles. Prohibits the bureau of motor vehicles (bureau) from placing a Social Security number on certain identifying documents without authorization from the holder of the identifying documents. Requires the bureau to adopt rules that do not require the Social Security number of the holder of a commercial driver's license to be contained on the license. |
