    I move that Engrossed Senate Bill 60 be amended to read as follows:

    Page 8, between lines 16 and 17, begin a new paragraph and insert:
    " Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, "state tuition support distribution for regular programs" refers to the state distribution for tuition support for basic programs that is determined for a school corporation under IC 21-3-1.7-8.2.".
    Page 8, line 17, delete "Sec. 4." and insert " Sec. 5.".

                STEP ONE: Determine the base school corporation's state tuition support distribution for regular programs for the calendar year in which the school year begins.
                STEP TWO: Determine the result of the STEP ONE amount divided by the current ADM for the base school corporation for the calendar year in which the school year begins, rounded to the nearest one dollar ($1).".

    Page 10, between lines 29 and 30, begin a new line blocked left and insert:
" If a base school corporation receives federal or state money under federal or state categorical aid programs for a student who has transferred to a school outside the student's base school corporation under this chapter, the base school corporation shall transfer a proportionate share of funds received under federal or state categorical aid programs for that student to the school corporation to which the student transferred.".
