SOURCE: IC 16-34-2-0.5; (06)MO117203.1. -->     "SECTION 1. IC 16-34-2-0.5 IS ADDED TO THE INDIANA CODE AS A NEW SECTION TO READ AS FOLLOWS [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2006]: Sec. 0.5. Human life begins when a human ovum is fertilized by a human sperm.".
    Renumber all SECTIONS consecutively.
