A BILL FOR AN ACT to amend the Indiana Code concerning
family law and juvenile law.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:

SECTION 1. IC 31-9-2-42.5 IS ADDED TO THE INDIANA CODE
AS A NEW SECTION TO READ AS FOLLOWS [EFFECTIVE JULY
1, 2006]: Sec. 42.5. "Domestic relationship", for purposes of
IC 31-11-1-0.5, means a relationship between two (2) adults who:
(1) are sexual partners; and
(2) share a residential dwelling.
