  | DIGEST OF INTRODUCED BILL Tax credit for worksite health programs. Requires the state department of health to adopt rules to establish a pilot program for the certification of worksite health promotion programs. Makes the pilot program open to the first 100 eligible employers that the state department of health certifies. Provides eligibility to employers that employ up to 500 employees. Provides a state tax credit to a certified employer that implements a worksite health promotion program for the employer's Indiana employees. Specifies that the credit for a worksite health promotion program is the lesser of: (1) the employer's qualified health promotion expenses; or (2) $50 multiplied by the number of employees. |
