Interstate compact for adult supervision. Creates the interstate compact for adult offender supervision account within the state general fund to be administered by the judicial center. Provides that the account consists of fees paid by offenders who are on parole and apply for transfer to another state under the interstate compact for adult supervision. Provides that money in the account may be spent upon appropriation by the general assembly. Makes conforming changes.
