Sex offender administrative fee. Requires a sex offender who is required to register to annually pay a $50 fee to be deposited in the jail commissary fund. Permits a sheriff to disburse money from the jail commissary fund to pay for expenses related to the: (1) registration of sex offenders; and (2) verification of sex offenders' addresses. |
