MLK Holiday Commission and Commission on the Social Status of Black Males. Requires the office of the secretary of family and social services, not the civil rights commission, to provide staff support for the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Indiana Holiday Commission (commission). Requires the commission to receive a separate line item appropriation in the state budget. Provides that 5 members of the commission constitute a quorum. Requires the Commission on the Social Status of Black Males to appoint an executive director and assistant executive director. Requires the division of family resources to provide staff and support upon the request of the Commission on the Social Status of Black Males or the executive director.
