  | DIGEST OF HB1299 (Updated March 19, 2007 3:33 pm - DI 84) Senior fishing licenses. Exempts from fishing license and trout-salmon stamp requirements a resident born before April 1, 1943. Establishes a resident senior yearly license to fish at an annual cost of three dollars. Establishes a resident senior "fish for life" license at a cost of seventeen dollars. For both licenses, requires that the applicant must be at least 64 years of age and must have been born after March 31, 1943. |
