BMV license branch services. Requires the bureau of motor vehicles (BMV) to: (1) train all employees employed by the bureau of motor vehicles commission in all duties at certain license branches so that the employees may be used to the extent practicable to conduct transactions; and (2) institute a procedure to track the waiting time for individuals visiting certain license branches. Provides that an individual who waits more than 30 minutes to begin certain transactions at certain license branches is not required to pay certain fees. |
