Highway construction and tolls. Deletes certain prohibitions against: (1) approving the location of a tollway; (2) carrying out construction for Interstate Highway 69 in Perry Township in Marion County; and (3) imposing tolls for the use of the part of an interstate highway that connects Indianapolis and Martinsville. (Under current law, these activities are prohibited unless authorized by a statute enacted by the general assembly.) Makes conforming changes. |
