Fireworks. Prohibits the sale of display and consumer fireworks, with certain exceptions. Makes it a Class A misdemeanor to ignite, discharge, or use consumer or display fireworks, with certain exceptions. Deletes language concerning the sale of certain fireworks from tents. Requires the fire prevention and building safety commission to adopt rules for permits for the possession and sale of consumer and display fireworks. Repeals language concerning special discharge locations for the use of certain fireworks. Classifies display fireworks as regulated explosives. Makes conforming amendments.
