Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act. Repeals the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Law and replaces it with the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act. Establishes a uniform process to enforce interstate child custody and visitation determinations, and harmonizes the law with respect to simultaneous proceedings and inconvenient forums. Repeals other statutes concerning the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Law. |
