Rules for birthing centers and abortion clinics. Requires the state department of health to establish physical plant specifications for birthing centers and abortion clinics and requires the state department to notify the administrative rules oversight committee if the state department cannot establish the physical plant specifications for abortion clinics before April 1, 2008. Requires abortion clinics to meet the state department of health physical plant specifications before July 1, 2011. |
