Provides that counties and municipalities may adopt ordinances to regulate the time and location for the use, ignition, or discharge of consumer fireworks. Provides that a consumer fireworks use ordinance may not limit the use of consumer fireworks on certain days during certain times of the day. Makes a conforming amendment. |
