| DIGEST OF HB 1246 (Updated March 14, 2008 3:32 pm - DI 71) Dual credit programs, student graduation plan, and virtual learning. Establishes the concurrent enrollment partnership to coordinate dual credit programs among Indiana high schools and state educational institutions. Changes the name of the student career plan to the student graduation plan. Provides methods of certifying the income of a student who is eligible for the waiver of tuition and fees at a state educational institution in the double up for college dual credit program. Creates an interim study committee on K-12 virtual learning. |
