Supplemental teaching materials. Provides that a school committee of teachers and parents may make recommendations to a governing body for supplemental materials to be used in the classroom to encourage students to develop critical thinking skills regarding controversial issues. Provides that supplemental teaching materials are eligible for reimbursement in the same manner as developmentally appropriate materials. |
