Property tax exemption procedure. For purposes of review, determination, and appeal of property tax exemption applications: (1) eliminates the role of the property tax assessment board of appeals; and (2) substitutes in that role the fiscal body of the municipality in which the property is subject to assessment, or the county fiscal body if the property is not subject to assessment in a municipality. |
