Direct deposit of public pension benefits. Requires all state administered public retirement and pension funds to pay benefits after December 31, 2009, by direct deposit using electronic funds transfer. Provides for a waiver of the direct deposit requirement in limited circumstances. Repeals provisions concerning the direct deposit of benefits by the public employees' retirement fund. |
