Motorized bicycle certificate. Requires the bureau of motor vehicles to design and issue a certificate for the operation of a motorized bicycle by a person who does not have an operator's license. Provides that a person who operates a motorized bicycle on a public street, road, or highway without having obtained a certificate commits a Class D infraction. Imposes a $10 fee for the certificate. Provides for deposit of the fee in the motor vehicle highway account. |
