MR. SPEAKER:

    I move that House Bill 1149 be amended to read as follows:

SOURCE: Page 4, line 4; (12)MO114903.4. -->     Page 4, between lines 4 and 5, begin a new line block indented and insert:
        " (7) A health facility licensed under IC 16-28, including the Indiana Veterans Home, if the health facility chooses to provide a separate, designated smoking room or building that has a ventilation system separate from the rest of the facility. A health facility that provides a separate smoking area under this subdivision may allow only a person who is a resident of the health facility on February 3, 2012, to smoke in the designated smoking room or building. An employee of the health facility may not be required to enter the designated smoking room or building.".
